    It’s when your Jewish teacher feels he just has to show you pictures oh himself eating a leg of lamb for no reason at all.

    It’s a holiday celebrating the Jews’ escape from slavery in Egypt, as according to the book of Exodus in the Bible. It’s a load of tribal nonsense, as my mother would say - we only do it for the food and family traditions. We’ve also rewritten the ceremony to avoid all mention of God.

    It’s absolutely true, though, that chocolate owns matzah any day.
