Downtime didn’t affect my blog traffic at all. I’d say that’s evidence most of my readers are spambots, but it’s actually even less interesting than that: everyone—everyone—on the internet is hotlinking that violent videogames picture, and it gets counted because it’s hosted on my subdomain.
