Number Three
Because of his pedigree his name had to start with an L, so we called him Linus.
I recorded that video using my new ThinkPad® Tablet, which leads me to a question which I will phrase as a demand: recommend some Android “apps” I can download to make that thing suck less. They should at least be free as in beer because I don’t have a credit card, and ideally free as in Stallman too.
I’m specifically looking for a good terminal emulator (currently using Terminal Emulator, which is balls), an SSH client, something to read PDFs and ideally PostScript files with, and maybe an emulator for one or more of the better gaman consoles, but feel free to recommend whatever you find noteworthy.
(I already know about Angry Birds and the Minecraft demo and don’t care for either.)

terminal emulator and ssh client: connectbot
i usually avoid pdf, postscript, and other sucky write-once document formats, so i can’t help you with that.
all of the game console emulators i’ve used have terrible controls (usually requiring you to block your view of the screen to do anything). jfrotz isn’t bad, tho.
also, adw launcher ex and smart keyboard pro make android a million times better if you ever get a credit card (or one of those prepaid cards).

I’ve been using Connectbot; the problem is that ^W immediately terminates the current connection and Escape exits the program. Unless I’m missing something, that makes it pretty much useless.
I think I’m just going to accept tablets are by nature worthless devices.
(For emulators I actually like John GBC Lite. With on-screen controls it’s nearly unusable, of course, but with an external keyboard it’s pretty much everything you can expect from a GB/GBC emulator.)

I tried using Irssi Connectbot (which has some “improvements” over the vanilla version, I never knew what were those supposed advantages for) and Aldiko. Irssi Connectbot was fine, Aldiko was bloated crap so I installed Cool Reader.
But I realized Android is shit, so I’m planning to install Debian ARM with Zathura and an actual terminal emulator.
